Nam Prik Ma Prao and Nua Khem Sod

(Coconut pounded with chili, served with fresh salted beef.)


Ingredients
Pound the chili ingredients as general chili dishes. Just blend it with 3 satisfactory flavors. Well mix some grated coconut together with the chili paste until it becomes slightly thick. Served with all kinds of fresh vegetable.
Fresh salted beef
It can be consumed with drying. Cut beef into long pieces, then marinate the beef with plenty of ground pepper, good quality fish sauce, and some MSG until the beef is well blended. Then put the marinated beef into the cooking wok. Pour in some water until the beef is flooded. Simmer until the beef is well softened and water dries out. Add cooking oil, stir well until the beef nicely become golden. Put the beef onto a plate to serve. This recipe is suited for cooking in rainy season because there is hardly sunshine.
